Chris Worden practices family law, handling prenuptial agreements and cases involving divorce, child custody, child visitation, paternity, adoption, and Child in Need of Services (CHINS) cases. Worden also serves as a public defender in Marion County in Termination of Parental Rights actions.

Before entering private practice, Worden served as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana, during which time he argued before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.

Worden is a member of the family law sections of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Worden successfully managed two statewide political campaigns for Indiana Attorney General, and he previously served as the citizen representative to the Indiana Water Pollution Control Board.
